A wonderful surprise! My conch salad was fresh, made on the spot! I chose a mild hot sauce and that was very spicy. The "salad" consisted onions, tomatoes and juices, orange, lime, sweet pepper, chili peppers and lots, and lots of fresh conch. Delicious! Actually, it could feed two! For the love of conch! No matter which island in The Bahamas you visit, conch salad is an authentically prepared treat to enjoy. Met with a friend and enjoyed a freshly prepared and delicious scorched conch, complete with onions, lemons, limes and spicy pepper sauce. It was delicious.
